10. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on location. Risk transfers to customer upon dispatch.

11. Returns & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted only if:

- Product is damaged
- Incorrect product delivered
- No returns on opened consumable products (health/safety reasons)

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

12. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to original payment method

12.1 COD Confirmation Fee

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be required to pay a confirmation fee of ₹49 at the time of placing the order. If the order is cancelled before dispatch, the amount may be refunded subject to verification. However, once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, the ₹49 paid at the time of order confirmation shall be non-refundable, even if the customer refuses delivery, cancels the order, or requests a return after dispatch.
