For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.
What if my product is damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos at support@vanayahealth.com. We’ll replace it at no extra cost.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations will not be processed.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds (for prepaid orders cancelled before shipping) will be processed within 7-10 business days. COD orders are not eligible for refunds.
