When Are Refunds Eligible?
Refunds will be considered only if:
- The product is not opened and in original condition, AND
- The request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for opened consumable products (e.g., mixes, gummies, supplements).
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@vaanayahealth.com
- Include:
Order number
Photo/video of the package
Reason for refund request
We will review and get back to you within 2 business days.
Refund Processing
If approved, refunds will be credited:
- To the original payment method
- Within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider)
