What This Policy Covers

This policy applies to all products purchased from vaanayahealth.com.

It explains:

✔ When refunds are available

✔ How replacements work

✔ What to do if your order has issues

When Are Refunds Eligible?

Refunds will be considered only if:

  1. The product is not opened and in original condition, AND
  2. The request is made within 48 hours of delivery.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for opened consumable products (e.g., mixes, gummies, supplements).

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@vaanayahealth.com
  2. Include:
    Order number
    Photo/video of the package
    Reason for refund request


We will review and get back to you within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be credited:

  • To the original payment method
  • Within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider)

When Do We Replace an Item?

We will replace your product at no extra cost if:

✔ The item is damaged, leaking, expired, or incorrect

✔ You contact us within 48 hours of delivery

✔ You provide photos/videos showing the issue

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Email us at support@vaanayahealth.com
  2. Attach:
    Order number
    Photos/videos of the damaged/incorrect product
    Delivery details

    We will verify and arrange a replacement shipment as soon as possible.

What Happens Next?

Once your request is received:

  • We will respond within 24–48 hours
  • We may ask for more information or images
  • If approved, we will initiate either:

    A refund, or
    A replacement shipment

You will be kept updated at every step.

Shipping Charges


If the issue is caused by us (damaged/incorrect product), all shipping costs for the replacement will be covered by Vaanaya Health.
